Kyuktoogi
is what we call our Full Contact Fighting. It encompasses all the
striking much like Muay-Thai as well as takedowns and throws. In
this class, you will learn all the techniques without the actual
fighting. It is a step up from your typical cardio-kickboxing program.
This will enhance your skills and strengthen your body, which will
aid in all areas of your training and get you fit for life. What
we do in class:
· Hand Mitt Work
· Bag work
· Conditioning
· For Advanced student: Takedowns/Throws
· Kicking Drills
· Shadow Boxing
· Great Cardio Workout & Explosive Speed Drills
This
class is open to the public and other friends and family members
who are not regular students! Get in the best shape of you life
by training for full contact fighting without ever having to fight!
Fighting Fit, or Kyuktoogi, is where you will learn all the techniques
of full contact fighting in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Other Notes:
Get the conditioning and training of Full Contact Fighters without
the Fight.
For those interested in trying out your skills in KTG sparring,
there will be special times that you can attend the Wednesday Night
Taejunsa Class whenever you feel you are ready.

are every Tuesday & Tursday:
8:15pm to 9pm
Must Have Proper Gear. Ask our STAFF.
No uniforms required. Just wear your HRD T-shirt!
